Terms of Warranty
1. All our products are secured with direct vendor warranty.
2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided.
3. Ivolute aims to deliver every order within the next 24-72 business hours of purchase. Should there be any delays, we will notify our customers immediately. You may also call up to check on your delivery.
4. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery within Singapore is free for products purchased above S$1000.00. Any purchases less than S$1000.00 will have an incurred delivery surcharge fee of S$25.00.
6. Deliveries outside Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates set by the third party courier company. Customers may like to visit www.ups.com for delivery rates details.
7. The expected delivery times for overseas shipment are taken directly from our third party courier company. An Airway Bill number (AWB) will be issued for every overseas delivery. Please kindly visit www.ups.com to track delivery status.
8. There will be a $25 chargeable fee for every change of address, after confirmation of order.
9. Any taxes incurred for overseas delivery shall be borne by the customers.
10. If the goods fail to arrive within 21 days upon confirmation, customers can have the option to obtain a full refund for the purchases.
11. An original copy of Tax Invoice and Delivery Order will be attached to the goods upon delivery.
12. All prices quoted are subject to 7% GST for local sales.
13. For all countries outside Singapore, there will be no 7% GST incurred.
14. We only accept payment through Eximbay (for credit card payments) and corporate cheques for local (SG) customers.
15. We only accept payment through Eximbay (for credit card payments) and wire transfer for overseas customers.
16. The amount for the purchases got to be made within 14 days upon confirmation.
17. Interest will be charged for any late payment made.
Confirmation of Orders
18. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
19. For orders exceeding S$3000, a confirmation will be required from the system administrator before the transaction can be completed.
Cancellation of Orders
20. We will refund the amount if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
21. We will refund the amount if customers choose to opt for a full refund due to delay in delivery.
22. Refunded amount does not include any 3rd party rendered services. (e.g. UPS)
23. We will not entertain any cancellation once orders are confirmed and submitted by customers.
Exchange & Refunds
24. All our working condition goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
25. If the goods are faulty upon arrival, please inform us as soon as possible.
26. We only provide 7 days one to one exchange for Death of Arrival (DOA) IT products.
Confidentiality of Transactions
27. We shall treat all transactions and customers' personal particulars confidential.
28. Customers’ information will only be provided to our third party courier company when necessary.
29. Security features are enabled in our portal.
30. We will be responsible for all the important details and treat it as confidential.
