Q01) Will there be any charges for deliveries within Singapore?

A01) There will be a delivery charge of $25 for purchase less than S$1000. No delivery charges will be incurred for purchases above S$1000 within Singapore.

Q02) What about for international deliveries?

A02) We will only deliver via UPS for international deliveries. UPS delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Q03) What should I do if I receive a faulty system or equipment within the warranty period?

A03) Most of the products we supply have direct vendor warranty, if there is any problem, you may wish to contact the major vendors directly or call our service hotline for assistance.

Q04) What are other payment modes other than Pay Pal?

A04) Other than Pay Pal, we also accept corporate cheques. This payment mode is only applicable for local (SG) customers. Delivery of equipments will only be made after verification. For foreign customers, wire transaction and Pay Pal are accepted.

Q05) What is the type of quality assurance provided for refurbished products?

A05) All refurbished systems are tested in advance before sales. The systems are in good working condition before deliveries are made.

Q06) What is the return policy?

A06) We provide 7 days one-to-one exchange for Death of Arrival (DOA) IT products. Products under vendors' warranty can also be claimed from the vendors.

Q07) What is the standard warranty?

A07) Different IT products carry different warranties. Hence, it is advisable that you check with us before your purchase.

Q08) Can I request for on-site sales assistance?

A08) On-site sales assistance is only available for local, corporate (SG)customers for project implementation.

Q09) Can I do self-collection for my purchase?

A09) Yes. Please call in advance to make necessary arrangements.

Q10) Do you provide installation services?

A10) Yes. It is chargeable upon request. This service is only provided for local (SG) customers. Please kindly check with us for further details.

Q11) What is the delivery period?

A11) Local: Estimate 3 working days. Foreign: Ivolute Technologies Pte Ltd will deliver the items within 2 to 3 working days to the courier company. The courier company will deliver by another 7 to 10 working days. The delivery status can be traced by the tracking number provided. As delivery services are provided by a third party courier company, Ivolute Technologies Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as international destruction. Any taxes incurred shall be borne by the customers.
